RYT 認證時數說明如下：

RYT 200：於美國瑜珈聯盟認證的瑜珈培訓機構，完成 200 小時師資培訓課程者，即可獲得 RYT200 教學認證。RYT200 所有培訓時數，必須來自同一瑜珈培訓機構，不得以同時參與不同培訓課程時數，累積達成 RYT200 的認證需求。

申請資格：無特定要求，建議至少持續練習一年以上。

Registered Yoga Teacher 200: Teachers can register as an RYT 200 if they have successfully completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. All training hours must come from the same school, and multiple trainings cannot be combined to meet the 200-hour requirement.

RYT 500：向美國瑜珈聯盟RYT500 教學認證，需同時具備「培訓時數」及「教學時數」二項要求。
培訓時數累積達500小時，方式有二：
(1) 於具RYS500認證機構完成500小時師資培訓；
(2) 或於完成200小時師資培訓後，再於同一或其他RYS300認證機構完成進階 300 小時師資培訓。 (SPACE為具有RYS200及RYS300小時之培訓機構)
教學時數累積：
完成 500或200小時師資培訓課程後，必須累積至少100 小時的教學經驗。

Registered Yoga Teacher 500 : Teachers can register as an RYT 500 if they have successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. The 500 hours of training can either come from one school or can be a combination of a 200-hour teacher training plus an additional 300-hour advanced teacher training* from a different RYS. Applicants must also submit 100 teaching hours that were completed after their RYS 200 or RYS 500 training.

E-RYT 200：已完成 RYT200 教學認證，並於完成 RYT200 師資培訓課程後，擁有最少 2 年以上教學經驗，同時必須登錄這段期間 1000 小時的教學時數。取得 E-RYT200 認證者，不但能開設進階研習課程（Workshop, Immersion），並可帶領 RYT200 師資培訓課程。

申請資格：完成 RYT 200 認證後，至少 2 年教學資歷及 1,000 小時教學經驗。

Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200　： Once registered, an E-RYT 200 is able to provide Continuing Education workshops to RYTs and can be a Lead Trainer of a 200-hour teacher training for an RYS 200 up until February 2022*.

Teachers can register as an E-RYT 200 if they have successfully completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance and have taught a minimum of two years after completing training. All training hours must come from the same school, and multiple trainings cannot be combined to meet the 200-hour requirement. Applicants must submit 1,000 teaching hours for this designation, which must be completed after finishing their training with an RYS 200

E-RYT 500：已完成 RYT500 教學認證，且在完成 RYT200/RYT500 師資培訓課程後，擁有最少 4 年以上教學經驗，同時必須登錄這段期間 2,000 小時的教學時數，其中至少需有 500 小時教學時數，來自於完成 RYT500 師資培訓課程之後。取得 E-RYT500 認證者，將可開設進階瑜珈研習課程（Workshop, Immersion)，以及帶領 RYT200 或 RYT500 師資培訓課程。

申請資格：
完成 RYT 500 認證
完成 RYT200/RYT500 認證後，至少 4 年教學資歷
完成 RYT200/RYT500 認證後，至少 2,000 小時教學經驗 (其中至少需有 500 小時，來自 RYT500 認證後)

Applicants must submit 2,000 teaching hours for this designation, 1,500 of which must have been taught after completing training with an RYS 200 or RYS 500. The remaining 500 teaching hours must have been taught after completing training with an RYS 300 or RYS 500.

CE 持續進修時數：

持續進修時數 (CE hour) 是指由美國瑜珈聯盟認證合格的「持續教育學程提供者」(CE provider) 所開設的研習課程授課時數。每位於美國瑜珈聯盟註冊的瑜珈老師皆可累積這些機構所舉辦的研習課程時數，申請為持續進修時數。授課內容必須符合美國瑜珈聯盟所規定的「四大學程類別」，透過完成學程課程 1 小時，即獲得 1 小時持續進修時數。

四大學程類別分別為–
技巧、培訓及練習：包含但不限定於體位法 Asana, 呼吸法 Pranayama, 潔淨法 Kriyas, 梵唱 Chanting, Mantra, 冥想 Meditation 及其他傳統瑜珈技巧
教學法
解剖學與生理學
瑜珈哲學、生活方式及倫理道德

Continuing Education Requirements

Yoga Alliance believes continued learning and growth is paramount to the maintenance of high standards in yoga instruction. For this reason, all Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) must meet the following Continuing Education (CE) requirements in order to maintain their Yoga Alliance credential(s).

Due to the ongoing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have established the Online Teaching Exemption. Under this exemption, any online workshops, whether pre-recorded or live- that are viewed between now and December 31, 2021 can count toward contact hours.
